Weather Policy

At  K&E Inflatables your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. We closely monitor weather conditions to ensure a safe experience, and our policies are designed to be flexible and fair.  

1. Safety First

We will cancel or reschedule rentals if any of the following conditions are forecasted or occur:  

Rain/Thunderstorms Including lightning within 10 miles of your event location.  

- **High Winds**: Sustained gusts exceeding 15-20 mph.  

- **Extreme Heat**: Temperatures above 95°F (35°C) to prevent overheating risks.  

### **2. Weather Monitoring & Communication**  

- **24–48 Hours Before Your Event**: We’ll contact you if unsafe weather is expected and discuss options.  

- **Final Decision by 8:00 AM on Event Day**: We’ll confirm whether we can proceed or need to adjust plans.  

### **3. Rescheduling & Refunds**  

- **If We Cancel**:  

  - **Full Refund**: No questions asked.  

  - **Priority Rescheduling**: Book a new date at no extra cost (subject to availability).  

- **If Weather Worsens Mid-Event**: We’ll pause use and issue a **prorated refund** for lost time.  

### **4. Client Cancellations Due to Weather**  

- **7+ Days Notice**: Full refund or rescheduling.  

- **Within 7 Days**: Reschedule for free (no refunds).  

- **Day-of Cancellation**: No refund, but we’ll work with you to reschedule (small fee may apply).
