We strongly recommend a first aid kit stays outside near the inflatable during the rental. We provide loaner kits but only have 4 — first booked, first served. Please let us know what you'd like.
We drive stakes 12 to 28 inches deep into the ground to anchor our inflatables (depth depends on the unit). If you have any underground utilities in the setup area — gas, electric, water, internet, sprinklers, septic, dog-fence wires — we need to know about them so we don't damage them. When you call for locates, tell them stakes will be driven 12-28 inches deep.
Want them officially marked? It's FREE. Ontario One Call will send out crews to paint/flag all your underground utility lines at no cost. Call 1-800-400-2255 or visit ontarioonecall.ca. Allow about 5 business days. Locate marks are valid for 30 days.
You'll also confirm this on the safety waiver before delivery.
Not home for drop-off? No problem — we can set up without you there. We'll just need a few photos and confirmations so the crew can find the spot, power, and water on their own.
Updates as you choose. Final total is confirmed by text — only the deposit is charged today.

By paying the deposit, I agree to K&E Inflatables' booking, cancellation, rescheduling, weather, conduct, and payment policy:
- This is a private residential yard (schools, churches, festivals, and commercial events need separate approval), and I will provide adult (18+) supervision at all times.
- A $50 deposit is required to reserve my inflatable and rental date, and it is applied toward my rental balance.
- A card is required through secure online checkout to complete every booking, even if I plan to pay the remaining balance by cash or e-transfer. The card is on file for the booking and for possible damage, missing equipment, or extra cleaning charges under this agreement. I can pay the remaining balance by cash or e-transfer (to keinflatables@gmail.com) if arranged — those are not marked paid until K&E Inflatables confirms the payment is received, and the booking is not fully paid until then.
- Cancellations 7 or more days before the rental date are eligible for a full deposit refund.
- Cancellations 3–6 days before result in the deposit becoming non-refundable.
- Cancellations less than 72 hours before are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before, or on the day of the rental, are subject to the full rental amount.
- I may request one courtesy reschedule, subject to availability and approval by K&E Inflatables; if approved, my deposit transfers to the new date.
- Weather and safety cancellations are determined by K&E Inflatables only, and K&E has the final decision on whether it is safe to set up and use the inflatable. Inflatables cannot be used during high winds, thunder, lightning, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions. If unsafe weather starts after setup, I will stop using the inflatable immediately. If K&E determines conditions are unsafe before delivery/setup, I may reschedule to an available date or receive a refund of my deposit. If I cancel because of possible weather before K&E makes that determination, the regular cancellation policy applies.
- Conduct & right to refuse service: K&E Inflatables may refuse service, delay setup, cancel, reschedule, remove equipment, or end a rental if conditions are unsafe or if a customer, guest, property owner, neighbour, or event attendee is abusive, threatening, belligerent, intoxicated, harassing, discriminatory, or refusing to follow safety instructions — including behaviour toward workers, owners, delivery staff, setup crew, or anyone representing K&E Inflatables. If service is ended for these reasons, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed at K&E's discretion.
- I authorize K&E Inflatables to securely save my payment method with Stripe and charge the card on file for any remaining rental balance, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or other approved charges owed under this booking agreement. My card information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored by K&E Inflatables.

You can still pay the remaining balance by cash or e-transfer if arranged, but a card is required on file for the booking and for possible damage, missing equipment, or extra cleaning charges under the rental agreement. We never take card numbers by phone or chat.
